Manager – EECS Executive Coordinator and Operations, Research Administrative Team

Provide leadership and strategic oversight of the EECS Executive Coordinator and Research Administrative Team, ensuring all functions and responsibilities are effectively and efficiently executed.

Operations Management

  • Oversee all team functions to maintain operational excellence.

Space, Infrastructure & Equipment Management

  • Manage office space allocation and oversee assignments.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair schedules to ensure facilities are functional.
  • Plan and implement infrastructure and facility upgrades.

Health, Safety, and Wellness

  • Organize and lead wellness initiatives and events.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture by fostering inclusion, collaboration, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure ergonomic standards are met across workstations.
  • Assist with workplace incident documentation and follow-up.
  • Address reported hazards, ensuring risk controls are in place for elimination.

Communications & Events

  • Develop and manage external and internal communications strategies.
  • Plan and execute school events, outreach workshops and meetings.
  • Oversee social media and brand management to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Manage, update and edit both public and internal EECS webpages
